Software Engineers passed SID certification from TMF as part of the Near Shore Development trainee program
Infonova is pleased to announce that the product development team, has successfully met the certification requirements of the Information Framework (SID) program.

The Knowledge Certification Program published by the TeleManagement Forum is a testing program where candidates are evaluated on their knowledge of the Business Process Framework (eTOM) or the Information Framework (SID). Currently, the testing is for foundation level knowledge, but the program will expand in the future to include more detailed technical certification, as well. The Infonova product development team already passed the eTOM certificate and now also successfully completed the SID assessment. Our staff was impressed by the program which leads us to the ability to minimize the development investment and offers personal growth to our technical employees.
